Samser is a collection of therapeutic apparel for menstrual pain management

My mission of this project was to create accessible solutions to pain that the body experiences

This collection has the capacity of creating comfort in the body for painful moments, An elevated choice for humans who want to feel and look their best during their menstruation

From the beginning of time, humans have had menstruation. It's the natural and biological process supporting bringing new life into this world.

Today, humans undergo the highest record of cycles experienced in their lifetimes.

Relief and comfort

I was interested in creating a wearable solution to chronicles of discomfort we find in our lives like neck pain and wrist cramps -

- my exploration and research led me to working around the female body, since it is my home and the house of my experience,

deepened my drive and interest and bridged my connection to shape this project through other friends and strangers -

Period pain is in a cycle for years, following that specific human clock. We become acquainted with the cycles and know when that pain comes.

The apparel is specifically designed to provide targeted pressure and support to areas commonly affected by menstrual pain as well as be worn under or over your clothes

This includes abdominal cramping, migraines, soreness of breasts and lower back tension and discomfort

portable pressure

A pocket in the back of the garment has a 9 grid pocket system that fits in the knobs -

they are made in cork since they hold a consistent density through time and have fleshy, pleasant sensation that can connect more easily than metal or wood would.

The pocket consists of a pocket that rises to the top of the length and a flap over that a fourth down the material to ensure the knobs are not flying off or out.
