to honor our experience, the research and discoveries we made about cork. The week we spent in Portugal with Amorim in their design lab exploring the materiality and pushing our ideas we had to honor the material the started it all in the first place
during 2023 we split different characteristics from cork to study and expand its capacities applying them to transform everyday textures, objects and products into an elevate sustainable alternative
this research extended to see the cork forrests in Portugal and tour and practice our findings in the Amorim Factories
